The Harvey Norman Nunawading Flooring Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Retail Manager to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

\n

As a Retail Manager, you will have an understanding of life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.

\n

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Have the ability to develop solutions and strategies to help customers pick the right product
\n
• Be capable of crafting and implementing strategies to improve product mix, stock levels, and service standards
\n
• Formulate and execute purchasing and marketing policies, set prices, and promote our establishment's goods and services
\n
• Provide exceptional customer service by selling goods and services and offering expert advice on product use
\n
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions, as well as overseeing budgeting for the establishment
\n
• Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable and professional in their interactions with customers
\n
• Monitor market trends and make recommendations for new products or services to improve sales and customer satisfaction
\n
• Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance and provide ongoing training and support
\n
• Ensure compliance with all relevant occupational health and safety regulations, and provide leadership and support to your team in order to achieve the best possible results
\n

We require someone who:

• Is self-driven and motivated
\n
• Able to maintain excellent customer service no matter the situation
\n
• Has a base level of knowledge in the Flooring products industry (preferred)
\n
• Has a degree or 2+ years of sales/management experience
\n
• Has a strong work ethic
\n
• Is able to work in a competitive environment
\n
