Job Description:
As a Retail Assistant in Sephora you are ourBeauty Advisors; You are fundamental to the store team by inspiring and helping our customers become the best version of themselves. At Sephora you will have the opportunity to work across all our departments from beauty,skincare,haircare, and wellness. You will be equipped with field trainers for your initialonboarding trainingand have access to ourunique online learning platformfor continuous learning throughout your journey with Sephora. - Haveprevious Sales experiencein a retail or customer-facing environment, and have excellentinterpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and fellow team members.
Please keep in mind when considering a role at Sephora that each of our stores have their own individual needs. As our busiest daysof trade arebetween Thursday to Sundaythe ideal candidate will be able to provide availability across key trading timesincluding late-night and weekend availability. Please note, you must have full availability throughoutNovember 2026 to January 2027 inclusiveto be considered for this role.
