Commercial Associate, Flagship Funds – APAC

• Support the commercial team on major renewable energy projects in Australia
• Support the Commercial Director across financial, analytical, business case and commercial topics
• Analyze project performance, risks and opportunities
• Evaluate commercial impacts related to offtake, insurance and project financing
• Identify upside opportunities and downside risks
• Prepare decision materials
• Develop and maintain financial models
• Track project performance against the business case
• Analyze cost, revenue and financing impacts
• Maintain accurate assumption books
• Prepare PowerPoint materials
• Support reporting on costs, risks, claims and business case impacts
• Maintain commercial registers and documentation
• Coordinate with EPC, commercial, procurement and finance teams
• Ensure data consistency across project workstreams

Requirements

• Relevant finance, commercial or engineering degree, or similar
• 1–3 years of experience
• Experience within renewable energy or major infrastructure projects viewed positively
• Effective analytical and financial modelling skills
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to structure and communicate complex information clearly
• Attention to detail and ability to work across finance, insurance, business cases, contracts and offtake
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines
