A day in the life...

An exciting opportunity for adriven Sales Coordinator to join our teamandplay a key role in supporting the Seven Sales team in Adelaide by delivering excellent client service and contributing to the success of our market across our broadcast TV and digital channels.

\n

In this role,you'llwork closely with the broader sales team andwillreport directly toaSales Executive in Adelaide. You'lljoin adynamic environment whereyou'llinteract with key clients and stakeholders,supportingthe smooth delivery of advertising campaigns and client relationships.

\n

More specifically, you will:

\n
• Processing and managinglinear television anddigitalbookings.
\n
• Assistingin the preparation oflinear television anddigitalproposals.
\n
• Delivery and managementofmultipleadvertisingcampaigns.
\n
• Accuratelymaintainingclient and revenue records.
\n
• Developing and strengthening key client and business relationships.
\n
• Providing administrative support to theSales team.
\n

What will you need

You are anorganised, detail-oriented, and proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative environment andwhois ready to growacareer inmedia.

\n

More specifically you will need:

\n

\n
• Proven customer-facing experience (e.g.retail sales, customer service, hospitality, marketingetc).
\n
• A good working knowledge ofMicrosoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, and strong data entry skills.
\n
• Excellentinterpersonal and communicationskills.
\n
• Strongtime management skillsand the ability to meet deadlines.
\n
• A positive work ethic anda strong teamfocus.
\n
• A genuine desire to progress into a sales role withintheorganisation.
\n
