In this Small Business Banker role, you will: \n

• Take ownership of a portfolio of Small Business Agribusiness & Diversified customers, driving growth and deepening relationships.
\n
• Build influential partnerships across NAB to identify, create and convert new business opportunities.
\n
• Proactively manage Salesforce opportunities and national leads to maximise customer outcomes.
\n
• Lead retention activities that strengthen customer loyalty and long-term value.
\n
• Apply sound credit judgement and approve requests for temporary excesses and increased limit requirements.
\n
• Coach, influence and role model outstanding behaviours across the wider business.
\n
• Manage lending and product solutions that help customers achieve their business goals.
\n
• Understand customers' businesses deeply to provide tailored, holistic banking solutions.
\n
• Take ownership of customer complaints and escalations, driving timely and effective resolutions.
\n
• Support the coaching and development of emerging bankers and associates.
\n
• Drive strong portfolio risk, compliance and customer outcomes.
\n
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders across Retail, NAB Partners and the broader NAB network.

We're looking for ambitious, customer-focused professionals who want to make an impact. You'll need: \n

• A genuine passion for building customer relationships and delivering exceptional outcomes.
\n
• A background in Agriculture or Agribusiness (preferred).
\n
• Demonstrated success in a lending or relationship management role.
\n
• Experience managing customer relationships and navigating the credit process.
\n
• Strong commercial, financial and business acumen.
\n
• Exceptional problem solving, prioritisation, critical thinking and negotiation skill
