Step into the heart of a warm, welcoming early learning centre as our Office Administrator – aka Front Desk Friend. This role is all about connection – being the first friendly face families see, the steady support for our team, and the quiet organiser of all things admin. Each day brings something new – greeting little learners and their grown-ups, helping with enrolments, answering calls, and keeping paperwork in perfect order. It’s a role that blends rhythm, routine, and a touch of joy – perfect for someone who brings calm, kindness, and a love for tidy systems into everything they do.
