Senior Client Service Manager (Testing & Quality Services)

Were looking for a Client Service Manager / Senior Manager to drive the growth of our Testing & Quality Assurance business across a portfolio of new emerging and underpenetrated clients.

This is a hunter-minded client-facing role for someone who thrives on building relationships uncovering whitespace and converting opportunities into meaningful technology outcomes.

What youll be doing

• Drive new business and account growth across Testing & QA services
• Build relationships with Test Technology Program Project and Transformation leaders
• Identify whitespace and create demand across new and underpenetrated accounts
• Sell solutions spanning test automation non-functional testing quality engineering managed testing and QA advisory
• Build and manage a strong pipeline from prospecting through to close
• Develop land-and-expand strategies to grow initial engagements into broader partnerships
• Shape compelling propositions that address quality delivery technology risk and transformation challenges
• Partner with sales capability and delivery teams to bring the right expertise to clients
• Stay ahead of emerging trends particularly AI-assisted testing and AI solution assurance
• Own commercial outcomes including revenue margin conversion and pipeline performance

Qualifications :

• Solid experience in technology services sales business development consulting or client account management
• Proven success selling Testing QA Quality Engineering Automation or related technology services
• Strong enterprise sales and new business development capability
• Established relationships with senior technology testing and transformation stakeholders
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of converting opportunities
• Ability to operate with pace resilience and a genuine growth mindset
• Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of the Australian technology services and testing market
• Comfortable navigating complex matrixed enterprise environments
