Role:

• Engage with warm inbound and outbound leads, guiding prospective students towards suitable course options.
• Act as the first point of contact for prospective students, delivering an exceptional enrolment experience.
• Achieve weekly sales, activity and conversion targets.
• Effectively manage leads and maintain accurate records within the CRM.

About you:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (phone sales highly desirable) with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine desire to help others
• Driven, ambitious and motivated by achievement and financial success
• Passion for sales and interest in the education sector
• Confident using CRM systems (training provided) and strong overall computer literacy
• Open to feedback, coachable and committed to continuous improvement
