As a Property Portfolio Officer in the Leasing Transactions team is responsible for the management and administration of a portfolio of leased out properties for social housing and program delivery. You will oversee a diverse portfolio ensuring that lease conditions are met, payments made and properties maintained according to lease and legislative requirements. Key responsibilities include identifying risks and issues in leased out programs and supporting problem solving to support renters sustain tenancies wherever possible, human services program delivery and maintaining the reputation of Homes Victoria.
