Our client, a leading automotive group based in Bathurst, is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead the parts department, overseeing all aspects of parts operations in a fast-paced environment.
As the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels, and developing strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best prices and availability. You will also be leading and motivating a team of parts personnel, driving customer satisfaction through efficient and effective service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in automotive parts management or a similar retail environment, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. A customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills are essential.
