Royal Freemasons is seeking compassionate and dedicated Casual Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team at Centennial Lodge.

As a Casual PCA, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents' comfort, dignity, and wellbeing while enjoying the flexibility of casual employment. Working within a supportive and professional team, you'll deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each resident's individual needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents. \n
- Assist with personal care, including showering, dressing, toileting, mobility, and meals. \n
- Complete accurate care documentation and clinical records. \n
- Support residents and families with compassion and professionalism. \n
- Monitor and report changes in resident wellbeing, incidents, and hazards. \n
- Maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, OH&S, and infection control \n
- practices. \n
- Work collaboratively with the care team to achieve positive resident outcomes. \n
- Participate in mandatory training and continuous quality improvement activities. \n

What You'll Bring:
\n
- \n
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent. \n
- Experience in aged care or health services (preferred). \n
- A compassionate, patient, and resident‐focused approach. \n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills. \n
- Understanding of person‐centred care and dignity of risk. \n
- Ability to work both morning and afternoon shifts . \n

- Valid Police Clearance or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance. \n
