We're looking for a Retail Creative Director to join our Sydney team and help shape integrated retail, social and brand campaigns for some of Australia's most recognised retail brands.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced creative leader who is passionate about retail marketing, brand building and social-first creativity.

Working closely with strategists, account leads, social specialists and production partners, you'll lead the development of integrated creative campaigns across the customer journey, from brand platforms and retail activations through to social content, creator partnerships and always-on communications.

You'll be a trusted creative partner to clients, setting the creative vision, championing outstanding ideas and ensuring work is delivered to the highest possible standard.

What You'll Do

• Lead the creative direction and development of integrated retail and social campaigns.

• Build strong relationships with marketing stakeholders and become a trusted creative advisor.

• Oversee creative work from initial brief through to execution and delivery.

• Partner with strategy, social, account management and production teams to develop compelling brand and retail solutions.

• Drive creative excellence across all customer touchpoints, including retail, shopper, digital and social channels.

• Present and sell creative concepts with confidence to clients and senior stakeholders.

• Champion innovative approaches that help brands connect with customers in meaningful ways.

• Guide and mentor designers, copywriters and junior creatives.

• Work collaboratively with content creators, photographers, directors and production partners to bring ideas to life.

• Maintain exceptional creative standards while balancing strategic and commercial outcomes.

Qualification

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years' experience within a creative, advertising or integrated agency environment.

• Proven experience working on retail brands and retail-focused marketing campaigns.

• Strong understanding of retail communications, shopper marketing and brand-building principles.

• Experience leading integrated campaigns across social, digital, content and traditional channels.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, creative leadership and outstanding execution.

• Excellent presentation, storytelling and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience mentoring and developing creative talent.

• Ability to balance creative ambition with client and business objectives.

• Passion for culture, creativity and creating work that drives measurable impact.
