The Beach House is looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team and help drive the front-of-house operation at our beautiful coastal venue in Eden Beach, Jindalee.

Reporting to the Venue Manager, the Restuarant Manager will oversee: \n

• Staff training and development
\n
• Shift management, driving exceptional service
\n
• Stock and inventory management
\n
• End of day reporting processes, and more
\n

Our venue offers a fresh and energetic atmosphere where great food, drinks, and service come together. Whether it's a casual lunch or a buzzing dinner service, we aim to create memorable moments for every guest.

Our venue is not just a restaurant – we host special events, private functions, live music and also run a separate venue downstairs in the park calledThe Cubby House. No two days are the same, demandingsharp service and strong leadership.

What You'll Bring \n

• Strong verbal and digital communication skills
\n
• Passion for the industry – keeping up to date with trends
\n
• Experience leading a FOH team of 20+ employees and ability to manage, motivate and train staff
\n
• Knowledge of rostering systems and ability to meet wage targets
\n
• Strong understanding of stock and inventory processes
\n
• Beer, wine and cocktail knowledge.
\n
• A current Western Australian RSA and Approved Manager’s Certification.
\n
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holidays
\n
• Reliable mode of transport, allowing you to access the venue in Jindalee
\n
