The Test Engineering Team Leader will oversee the Test Engineering function within ANCA Motion, ensuring that our motion control systems, servo drives, and industrial automation products are thoroughly validated and compliant with all relevant standards. This leadership role will involve mentoring a team of Test Engineers and establishing a culture of quality and traceability in product testing.
In this position, you will be responsible for defining verification and validation strategies, managing product compliance, and driving improvements in testing processes. Your expertise will guide the team to ensure that products are production-ready and meet the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a mix of technical expertise and leadership skills, with a strong background in engineering validation and testing.
We are looking for a systems thinker who is structured, analytical, and unyielding when it comes to product quality and safety. A strong communicator with the ability to convey technical risks and business implications will excel in this role.
