The Role \n
This is a media sales role where you'll help some of Australia's best-known retailers and fastest-growing eCommerce brands connect with millions of Australian shoppers.
\n
Working closely with our Chief Marketing Officer, you'll develop new business and grow commercial relationships with retailers, brands and media agencies, helping them maximise their success across Click Frenzy's shopping events, sponsorships and retail media opportunities.
\n
You'll inherit existing commercial accounts while developing new business, creating tailored commercial solutions that deliver value for both our clients and Click Frenzy. From national retailers to emerging online brands, no two conversations or campaigns will be the same.
\n
This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who enjoys opening doors, winning new business, building long-term client relationships, negotiating commercial outcomes and seeing campaigns come to life.
What You'll Do \n
Build new and grow relationships with retailers, eCommerce brands and media agencies.
\n
Develop new business opportunities while managing and expanding existing client accounts.
\n
Sell retail media, event participation and sponsorship packages across Click Frenzy's annual event calendar.
\n
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial agreements and close deals.
\n
Manage campaigns from initial conversations through to launch, working closely with our Marketing, Design and Operations teams.
\n
Identify opportunities to grow client investment across multiple campaigns throughout the year.
\n
Own and achieve individual revenue targets while delivering an exceptional experience for clients.
About You \n
You're commercially driven, confident building relationships and genuinely enjoy helping clients succeed.
\n
5+ years' experience in media sales, advertising sales, sponsorship sales, business development or commercial sales.
\n
Experience working with retailers, eCommerce businesses, media, digital advertising or agency clients.
\n
A proven ability to build relationships, generate new business and close commercial opportunities.
\n
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
\n
The ability to manage multiple opportunities while maintaining exceptional customer relationships.
\n
A proactive, self-motivated approach with the drive to achieve results.
\n
A genuine interest in retail, eCommerce and marketing.
\n
Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment where you'll have real ownership, autonomy and the opportunity to make an impact.
