Key Responsibilities

- Greet every guest immediately in a friendly and approachable manner \n
- Assist them in understanding and enjoying our game - including the safety rules \n
- Offer food and beverage \n
- Protect our Guests and community by observing the rules of responsible service of alcohol \n
- Ensure the bays are clean and ready for our Guests \n
- Offer optimum guest service - create "Moments that Matter" \n
- Take pride in serving our food and beverages according to Topgolf standards \n
- Suggest premium menu items to enhance the Guest's experience and maximise sales \n

Key Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Previous food and beverage experience \n
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate \n
- Energy and enthusiasm \n
- Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills \n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment \n
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time \n
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays \n
- Physically fit to lift, bend and stand for long periods of time, manoeuvring up and down stairs \n
