Civil Labourer / Machine Operator
$39 - $47 per hour + Penalties + Allowances

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Civil Labourers / Machine Operators to join a well-established team delivering a range of civil construction projects throughout the Sunshine Coast. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term, stable work with competitive rates, and a supportive team environment.
About the Role
Working across a variety of civil construction projects, your duties will include both machinery operation and hands-on labouring. Projects include:
·Car park construction
·Roadworks
·Stormwater installation
·Pathways and driveways
·Minor concrete works
·General civil infrastructure projects
Key Responsibilities
·Operating civil construction machinery in a safe and efficient manner
·Perform general civil labouring duties as required
·Assist with a variety of civil construction projects
·Adhere to all site safety requirements and procedures
·Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with clients, site managers, and stakeholders
·Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated project team
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
·Previous experience working within the civil construction industry
·Relevant machinery tickets and demonstrated operating experience
·Australian Citizenship
·Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
·Reliable work ethic and positive attitude
·Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
