An exciting opportunity has become available to join a well-established property group and support the management of a busy retail asset. Working alongside the Centre and Facilities Managers, you will provide essential administrative, financial and operational support.
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the centre management team
  • Collect tenant sales figures and assist with arrears and rent reviews
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports
  • Process invoices, work orders and rental charges
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance and compliance records
  • Manage tenant, customer and contractor enquiries
  • Support marketing activations and incident responses
  • Maintain strong tenant and stakeholder relationships

About You

  • Previous property experience
  • Strong administration and financial skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Confident communication and stakeholder-management abilities
  • MRI or Cirrus8 experience is desirable
  • Current NSW driver’s licence
