  • City Fringe
  • Up to $100k + Super
  • Monday-Friday

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards, building strong relationships and ensuring residents receive a seamless experience.


You’ll also have responsibility for a second premium building, with the flexibility to work from the City Fringe site and attend the second building approximately twice per week.

The Role

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and presentation of both buildings
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs and general building requirements
  • Manage cleaning, security and external service providers
  • Conduct regular building inspections and identify issues proactively
  • Coordinate emergency and safety procedures
  • Manage contractors, suppliers and third-party providers
  • Assist with budgets, expenditure and building requirements
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure building compliance and safety standards are maintained
  • Build strong, professional relationships with residents, owners and stakeholders

About You

  • Previous Building Manager experience
  • Highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused
  • Well presented and professional
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of building operations and maintenance
  • Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership
  • Strong stakeholder and contractor management skills
  • Committed to maintaining premium building standards
