An exciting opportunity has become available for an ambitious Sales Associate to join a highly successful boutique real estate agency in the Hills District.
\n This is an incredible opportunity to work alongside a high-performing sales team with an outstanding track record. The team sold an impressive $185 million worth of real estate in 2025 and has already sold 50 properties this year.

Role

\n

Working closely with an established sales team, you will be involved across the entire sales process, including:

\n

\n
• Daily prospecting and business development
\n
• Cold calling and door knocking
\n
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
\n
• Buyer management and follow-up
\n
• Conducting open homes and property inspections
\n
• Facilitating and assisting with negotiations
\n
• Database management and ongoing client follow-up
\n
• Supporting agents throughout sales campaigns
\n
• Developing relationships with prospective vendors
\n
• Building your personal profile within the local market
\n
• Generating and nurturing future business opportunities
\n

Candidate

\n

We are looking for someone energetic, driven and genuinely passionate about building a successful career in real estate sales.
\n To be considered, you will ideally have:

• A current Certificate of Registration
\n
• A valid driver's licence and reliable car
\n
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
\n
• Confidence prospecting and speaking with prospective clients
\n
• Strong presentation and professionalism
\n
• A proactive and hardworking attitude
\n
• The drive to achieve targets and generate new business
\n
• A genuine desire to learn, develop and progress within residential sales
