Opportunities include

Sales Team Members

As a Sales Team Member, you'll help customers find the right furniture and solutions for their homes. You'll create a welcoming showroom experience, provide helpful product advice and support customers throughout their purchasing journey.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Welcoming customers and understanding their needs
• Providing friendly and knowledgeable product advice
• Creating an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint
• Processing sales and customer orders
• Maintaining an inviting and well-presented showroom
• Working toward individual and team goals

Warehouse Team Members

As a Warehouse Team Member, you'll help keep our store operating safely and efficiently. You'll work behind the scenes to manage stock and support customers when collecting their purchases.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Receiving, organising and replenishing stock
• Picking and preparing customer orders
• Assisting customers with furniture collections
• Loading and unloading products safely
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse
• Supporting the showroom and wider store team when required

Some positions may provide the opportunity to work across both our showroom and warehouse operations, allowing you to learn the complete in-store customer journey.

• Communicate clearly and build positive relationships
• Are willing to learn and take on new responsibilities
• Can support the team during busy periods, sometimes at short notice
• Have flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends and peak trading periods

For warehouse opportunities, you'll also need to be comfortable undertaking physical work, including safely handling furniture and other bulky products. Depending on the role, you may be required to complete a pre-employment medical assessment.
