Sydney Sirens, formerly GIANTS Netball, will be the newest franchise in the 2027 Super Netball competition, the world’s best netball competition.

About the role and you
We are looking for a Part Time (averages 0.8 FTE across a 12-month period) Head of Performance and Strength & Conditioning on an initial 12-month contract term. The role will lead, manage, support and align the High-Performance Services at the Club to ensure optimal player performance. They will develop the strategic framework for the program, as well as be responsible for managing each discipline ensuring both the Super Netball and Reserves programs are fully integrated, fostering collaboration with each Performance Services team member.
