Lead Operator - Pipe Crew

Shadforth is seeking experienced Excavator Operators to join our Pipe Crews delivering large-scale subdivision projects across the Gold Coast. Work with a supportive team installing stormwater, sewer, and water mains infrastructure, using modern 30t Komatsu PC300-8 machines with Trimble GPS.

We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working within Pipe Crews
• Experience working with shoring boxes and deep excavations
• Competent in benching trenches to industry standards
• Confident working safely around services and alongside crews
• GPS experience - Side operator opportunities available for non-GPS operators
