• Temporary Full-Time (35 HPW) - (12-month contract with the possibility of extension)
• Clerk Grade 1/2, Base Salary ($78,000 - $84,799) plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

Your role

Working in a high-volume contact centre environment, you serve as the first point of contact for clients of Courts, Tribunals and Service Delivery, providing information and procedural guidance to support enquiries and assist in resolving their legal service needs.

What you’ll do

• Identify client needs and provide timely, accurate, appropriate, and effective service for clients.
• Build positive relationships in all interactions to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain a good knowledge of policies and procedures.
• Manage time and adhere to roster schedule.
• Escalate complex enquiries or issues to a senior client service officer.
• Contribute to centre’s performance planning, coaching and mentoring programs.
• Provide administrative, clerical or research support.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex information in plain language.
• Adaptability to new systems, policies, and procedures across various jurisdictions.
• Comfortable working in a busy call centre environment—able to handle a large number of calls while maintaining a strong focus on quality and teamwork.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
