Brand Transition Project Coordinator

Morgan Consulting is delighted to partner with a large and well-established organisation in the search for an experienced Brand Transition Project Coordinator to support the final phase of a national rebrand program. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating the rollout across multiple locations, working closely with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and installers to ensure all remaining branding and signage projects are delivered consistently and on schedule. This is a hands-on project coordination role suited to someone who enjoys managing multiple workstreams, driving activity through to completion and delivering clear, visible project outcomes.

About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will oversee the remaining rebrand activity across a number of locations, coordinating each project from initial requirements through to installation and sign-off.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a pipeline of rebrand and signage projects
• Tracking project milestones, costs and outstanding actions
• Working with site teams to understand individual requirements
• Coordinating artwork, signage specifications and approvals
• Engaging with signage suppliers, printers and installation partners
• Reviewing quotes and supporting supplier selection
• Planning installation activity around day-to-day operations
• Following up stakeholders and suppliers to keep projects on schedule
• Identifying risks, delays or issues and driving them through to resolution
• Checking completed work for quality and consistency
• Keeping internal stakeholders informed on project progress
• Assisting with minor brand and artwork updates where required

About You
You will bring strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams at the same time.
Experience across signage, retail rollout, brand implementation, fit-out, marketing projects or another multi-site environment would be highly regarded.
You will be organised, proactive and comfortable dealing with a broad range of stakeholders, from site managers through to external contractors and suppliers.

• Confidence managing quotes, schedules and project documentation
• Strong stakeholder communication and follow-up
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to identify issues early and keep projects moving
• Exposure to signage, branding, fit-out or site rollout projects
• Understanding of visual brand consistency
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar would be advantageous

The position would suit an experienced Project Coordinator, Signage Coordinator, Brand Implementation Coordinator or Marketing Project Coordinator who enjoys a delivery-focused environment and taking ownership of projects through to completion.
