We are looking for an experienced Venue Manager to join the Kidd Retail group and play a key role across our multiple Adelaide CBD venues.
\n
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy environment and wants more than just a traditional venue management role. With the opportunity to work across different venues, no two days will be the same.

About the Role
\n
As Venue Manager, you will be involved in the day-to-day operations of our venues, leading teams and ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests.
\n
You will have the opportunity to work across multiple CBD venues, bringing your experience, creativity and ideas to different spaces and teams.
\n
Your role will include:
\n
Overseeing daily venue operations and ensuring smooth service
\n
Leading, motivating and developing high-performing teams
\n
Maintaining exceptional customer service and venue standards
\n
Developing new ideas and initiatives to drive sales and improve the guest experience
\n
Ensuring compliance with liquor licensing, RSA and venue procedures
\n

Proven experience managing and operating successful hospitality venues

Strong leadership and people management skills
\n
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
\n
A confident, hands‐on approach to venue management
\n
Creative mindset with a passion for food, beverage, cocktails and hospitality
\n
Commercial awareness and an understanding of driving sales and revenue
\n
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
\n
