About the Role:
As a Body Corporate Accountant, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day financial operations for a portfolio of Body Corporate clients. From trust accounts and reconciliations through to reporting and budgets, you’ll keep the numbers accurate, compliant and on track. You’ll work closely with Body Corporate Managers, committees and external stakeholders, bringing a sharp eye for detail, strong organisation and a proactive approach to a fast-paced role.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a strata-savvy, numbers-focused professional with some Body Corporate accounting experience and an understanding of trust accounting and key financial processes. You’ll be organised, accurate and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. StrataMax experience is preferred, along with strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
