About the Role

We seek a motivated and compassionate General Practitioner to join a well-established private general practice in central Perth. This permanent role is ideal for a doctor with 1–2 years of clinical experience who is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and holds Australian citizenship or permanent residency. You will provide high-quality, patient-centred primary care across a diverse caseload, collaborating with a supportive multidisciplinary team committed to excellence in community health.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive general practice services including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute presentations, and women’s and men’s health.
• Conduct patient consultations with empathy, clinical rigour, and cultural sensitivity, adapting care plans to individual needs.
• Perform routine procedures within scope of practice and refer to specialists when clinically indicated.
• Develop and maintain accurate patient records, ensure appropriate follow-up, and communicate effectively with allied health professionals.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives and practice growth through best practice and patient education.

Who We’re Looking For

• General Practitioner with 1–2 years of experience in Australian general practice or equivalent clinical settings.
• Current AHPRA general registration and eligible to practise in Australia; Australian citizen or permanent resident required.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to manage a broad spectrum of general practice presentations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate with colleagues.
• Organised, reliable, and committed to providing high standards of care and continuous professional development.
