Hamilton Indoor Leisure and Aquatic Centre (HILAC) is looking for our next Customer Service Superstar!

Our Customer Service Officers are an integral part of the HILAC and Outdoor Pools team, helping to create a welcoming, friendly and positive experience for everyone who visits our facilities.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our community and members, providing excellent customer service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the centre. The role is varied, with opportunities to work across customer service, administration, cash handling and general operational tasks.

If you enjoy working with people, are confident communicating with customers and love being part of a team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

One of the requirements of this position is to hold, or be willing to obtain, a current Lifeguard Qualification. This also provides the opportunity to pick up additional hours by completing Lifeguard shifts within our Aquatic Centre operations.

Successful applicants will also be required to hold a current First Aid Certificate and a Working with Children Check.
