Job Overview
TLH Recruitment is proudly partnering with a leading global supply chain and logistics company to recruit an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator and Warehouse All-Rounder.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking stability, consistent hours and the potential to transition into permanent employment with the client.
Responsibilities
- Operating a high-reach forklift
- Putaways and replenishments
- Inventory control
- Stocktakes and cycle counting
- Picking orders using RF scanners
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Operating a counterbalance forklift, where required
- Packing orders
- Using warehouse computer systems
- Working efficiently to meet KPIs
- General warehouse and housekeeping duties
Requirements
- Hold a current LF Forklift Licence
- Have at least one year of high-reach forklift experience
- Have previous inventory, stocktake and cycle‑counting experience
- Be confident completing putaways and replenishments
- Be computer-literate and comfortable using warehouse systems
- Be physically capable of regularly lifting up to 20 kg
- Have full working rights in Australia
- Be reliable, safety-focused and looking for long-term employment
High-reach forklift experience is essential. Counterbalance experience is highly regarded but not mandatory.
