About The Role \n
We are building a team of qualified care workers to support our clients through the week. You’ll support them to live independently and safely in their own home and community. This hands-on role involves helping with daily tasks, personal care, and building meaningful connections - guided by care plans and supported by a dedicated office team.
Responsibilities include: \n
Work Locations - Adelaide’s Western Suburbs, including Henley Beach, Grange, Seaton, Findon, Fulham, West Lakes, Woodville, Torrensville, Plympton and surrounding suburbs Shift details - Mon-Fri (8am - 4pm) Open to discuss about the contract type - permanent or casual!! About You \n
You are caring, passionate about supporting others and experienced in community support work. You have great communication skills and treat all clients with care and professionalism.
