Join Our Growing Team – Telemarketing Team Leader / Manager

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Telemarketing Team Leader / Manager to join our growing financial services and wealth creation business in Broadbeach.

\n

This is a hands-on leadership role working closely with a small, boutique telemarketing team. You'll be responsible for helping the team perform at their best, maintaining lead quality, driving results and creating a positive, high-performing team environment.

What You'll Be Doing \n

• Lead, motivate and support a small telemarketing team
\n
• Monitor team performance, results and conversion rates
\n
• Coach team members to improve their communication and performance
\n
• Help manage daily call activity and lead flow
\n
• Identify areas for improvement and implement better processes
\n
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members
\n
• Lead by example and maintain a positive team culture
\n

What We're Looking For \n

\n
• Previous experience in telemarketing and outbound calling
\n
• Previous team leadership or management experience preferred
\n
• Strong communication and people-management skills
\n
• Confident, motivated and results-driven
\n
• Ability to coach and bring the best out of a team
\n
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
\n
• A positive attitude and willingness to get hands-on
\n
