Job Description
We are looking for a highly organised and efficient Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Ballarat. In this role, you will be integral to maintaining a smooth operation within our facilities, ensuring a safe and productive environment for all employees.
Reporting to the on-site Facilities Manager, you will oversee the administrative management, coordination, and delivery of high-quality integrated Soft Services, all while ensuring that Sodexo's operational goals are consistently met.
As a Facilities Coordinator, you’ll need a proven track record in managing work schedules, coordinating building maintenance, and overseeing essential services through contractor management. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week,
