An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office and Administration Manager to join the dynamic team at Play Performance. In this full-time role based in Molendinar, Queensland, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective running of the company's central office operations. This is a critical role that will directly support the business objectives and contribute to the growth of the organization.
Key responsibilities \n
Organization of logistics and transportation of vehicles across our networks
\n
Generate customer contracts
\n
Serve as the main point of contact for staff, clients, and external vendors, providing outstanding customer service
\n
Develop and implement efficient office policies and procedures to streamline workflows
\n
Contribute to the continuous improvement of office operations and identify opportunities for increased productivity
About you \n
Minimum 2 years' experience as an Administration or Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
\n
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
\n
Proficient in using office software and the ability to pick up new skills
\n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with Customers and Contractors alike at all levels
\n
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
\n
