Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Sydney

We're looking for an ambitious, hands-on Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing from strategy through to execution. Working within a small team, you'll be a self-starter who manages campaigns independently, solves problems and keeps projects moving with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns
• Lead brand-building and consumer marketing initiatives
• Manage marketing projects, timelines and traffic across multiple priorities
• Create and coordinate campaign, menu and creative assets
• Use data and insights to measure performance and identify opportunities
• Test, learn and optimise to drive growth
• Work across B2B, consumer and creative marketing as needed
• Manage a lean marketing budget and find practical, cost-effective solutions

Qualifications

• Proven experience running campaigns from start to finish
• Strong consumer marketing and brand-building background
• Comfortable working independently and making decisions with minimal guidance
• Data-driven, commercially minded and results-focused
• Experience in hospitality, QSR, food and beverage, or a growth-stage brand is highly advantageous
• Experience marketing to young professionals, with knowledge of Sydney, is a strong advantage
• Energetic, proactive and confident, with a genuine "leave it with me, I'll get it done" attitude
