HR Director
Sydney CBD - On-site
An opportunity to join a Luxury Retail business in a HR Director capacity. Partnering directly with Senior Leadership, you'll own the people strategy across Talent, Reward, Performance, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Engagement and Wellbeing.

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced HR leader looking to take ownership of a broad people agenda within a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

The Role:

  • Lead and execute the overall HR strategy, aligned to business growth and objectives.
  • Drive workforce planning, succession, talent reviews and end-to-end recruitment strategy.
  • Oversee remuneration, benefits, payroll, performance management and HR operations.
  • Provide trusted advice across employee relations, industrial relations and Australian employment legislation.
  • Lead engagement, D&I, wellbeing, L&D and organisational development initiatives.

Experience & Responsibilities:

  • 10+ years' HR experience, with significant experience at Senior HR Manager, Head of HR or HR Director level.
  • Strong generalist HR experience across Talent, ER, Reward, Performance and L&D.
  • Proven experience leading and developing HR teams and partnering with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations.
  • Experience within Retail, Luxury, Premium, Consumer or multinational environments highly advantageous.
