You’ll lead the store like it’s your own. A natural coach and brand custodian, you’ll build a high-performing team, own the commercial results, and make sure every customer who walks in leaves with more than they expected in the best way.

You bring retail leadership experience, a sharp commercial mind, and a genuine passion for home, styling or entertaining. This position is for the location of MYER Mt Gravatt.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Bringing our range to life through styling, storytelling and genuine product knowledge \n
- Helping customers build baskets naturally, from the one item they came in for, to the full look they didn’t know they needed \n
- Creating a store experience that feels premium, curated and welcoming \n
- Hitting commercial targets (sales, ATV, IPS) the salt&pepper & Custom Chef way, through expertise and care, never pressure \n
