Description
- Holloway Removals & Storage is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Wolli Creek, NSW. As a Sales Representative in our call centre, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and converting sales enquiries into successful bookings!
What will you be doing?
- Handle inbound calls and online enquiries from customers interested in our removals and storage services(no cold calling—just WARM leads and friendly conversations)
- Provide detailed and accurate information about our services, pricing, and availability
- Process customer Quotes and Bookings in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assess customer needs and requirements to recommend the most suitable Holloway Removals & Storage solutions (Training Provided!)
- Helping make people’s moves stress-free and easy
What we need from you:
- Experience in removals or similar serviced based industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide a high level of customer service
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to convert sales enquiries into bookings
- A positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
- Full working rights and ability to pass a police check
