The Bayswater Hotel, has been a favourite of the south east for decades, and for good reason. We're everything a pub should be, but more. More than just a place to get your weekly parma special, or for Johno to shout his team a round of knock off drinks every Friday. In our four walls, everyone is welcome, to celebrate all of life's moments, big or small.
A day in the life of a Publican:
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
About you:
You already know if this is for you. You’ve got the experience, the presence, and the pride it takes to own a pub like it’s been yours forever. You're not just running a venue - you're living the Publican life.
Hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as per state requirements
