About the role
This is not a transactional sales role. This is about understanding your customer, asking the right questions, and guiding them through an informed purchase that improves their everyday life. You will work with warm customers, deliver in store consultations, and build long term relationships within the local community.
What you will do
• Deliver consultative, high-value sales experiences
• Work towards individual and store sales targets
• Maintain strong product knowledge across premium ranges
• Support VM and ensure a showroom standard environment
• Build repeat business and referral opportunities
What you will bring
• Experience in bedding, furniture or high ticket retail preferred
• Proven ability to close sales and exceed targets
• Strong listening skills and a genuine customer-first approach
• A professional, polished presentation
• A team mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
