We are currently seeking passionate and keen Community Development Officer to join our PCYC Mount Gravatt Youth Club. If you are enthusiastic and have a gusto for increasing youth involvement in programs and events, then we want you!

Your New Role
Reporting to the Youth Club Manager, you will be one of our many valuable Youth Workers/Community Development Officers (Grade 1) implementing programs and activities that promote participation of young people and surrounding communities. (Grade 2) who develop, promote, implement and evaluate community programs to engage local participants. This position cultivates positive outcomes and opportunities both personally and as a community. We’re committed to fostering a supportive, respectful, and positive atmosphere where everyone is welcome. Every interaction with our members is designed to contribute to their sense of belonging and growth.
