We are looking for a reliable, motivated and dynamic Assistant Store Manager who is passionate about delivering a personable and memorable customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store
- Lead from the front and drive personal and team sales
- Coach and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve results
- Deliver a premium and personalised customer experience
- Support team training, development and performance
- Step into the Store Manager's shoes when required
- Represent the brand with confidence and professionalism
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an Assistant Store Manager position
- Strong sales results and a proven ability to achieve targets
- A natural leader who enjoys coaching and motivating others
- Commercially minded with a strong understanding of KIPs
- Confide3nt building relationships with customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Passion for premium fashion and delivering excpetional service
- Someone ambitious who is ready to take the next step in their retail career
