The Opportunity Are you an experienced HVAC Technician looking for a long-term career opportunity with an established and highly regarded business?
\n
Join a cohesive service team working across some of Sydney's most prestigious residential properties, with some commercial work also involved.
\n
This is an opportunity to work on high-end HVAC systems, including VRV, while being supported by an experienced Service Manager in a well-organised environment where quality workmanship and exceptional service are highly valued.
\n
About the Role This is a field-based service and maintenance position, primarily servicing high-end residential properties, with some commercial work also involved.
\n
You'll work across sophisticated HVAC environments and interact directly with high-end customers, making strong communication and a professional approach important to the role.
\n
The position operates Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm.
\n
Candidates living within reasonable proximity to Caringbah / the Sutherland Shire are preferred, as the role may require collecting equipment and materials from the factory on the way to jobs.
\n
Key Responsibilities

- Carry out HVAC service and maintenance \n
- Service high-end residential properties \n
- Undertake some commercial HVAC work \n
- Work with VRV systems \n
- Provide professional service to high-end customers \n
- Work collaboratively as part of an experienced service team \n

What We're Looking For
\n
We're looking for an experienced HVAC professional with strong technical capability, a solid work ethic and a commitment to quality service.
\n
You will ideally have:
\n
- \n
- Strong experience in HVAC service and maintenance \n
- Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration \n
- Experience with VRV systems \n
- Refrigerant Handling Licence \n
- Current Driver's Licence \n
- WHS White Card \n
- Strong communication skills \n
- A strong work ethic and honest values \n
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team \n
- Ideally, living within reasonable proximity to Caringbah / the Sutherland Shire \n
