About the Role |

You'll be responsible for delivering consistently excellent coffee and customer experiences every shift.

- Prepare and serve high-quality barista made beverages \n
- Create outstanding, friendly customer interactions \n
- Take orders and operate the POS/register \n
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming café environment \n
- Operate, maintain, and care for espresso machines and equipment \n
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards \n
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume service setting \n

- 2+ years' barista experience in a busy café environment \n
- Passion for coffee and continuous learning \n
- Calm and efficient under pressure \n
- Friendly, positive, and genuinely customer-focused \n
- High attention to detail and presentation \n
- Reliable with availability, including weekends and public holidays \n
