What You'll Be Doing

\n

Search is evolving fast, and here, you'll be at the forefront of it. As our Head of Organic Growth, you'll shape how millions of Aussies discover, research and compare products across Compare the Market and iSelect, ensuring our brands stand out in both traditional search and emerging AI experiences.

\n

You'll have the chance to:

\n

\n
• Develop a high-performing team and keep us ahead of what's next
\n
• Own the organic growth and content strategy across iSelect and Compare the Market
\n
• Drive traffic, visibility and quote starts across a broad range of categories including insurance, energy and personal finance
\n
• Strengthen our search presence by optimising site performance, content architecture, user experience and technical SEO foundations.
\n
• Evolve and lead experimentation across SEO, content and AI search
\n
• Own the Content strategy, ensuring our high-quality content performs in both search engines and AI-driven discovery experiences
\n
• Work alongside our Product, UX, Engineering, Brand, Creative and PR teams to ensure organic growth is embedded into everything we launch

This is a highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to influence strategy across two iconic brands while helping redefine what organic growth looks like in an AI-first world.

What Sets You Apart

\n

You're a seasoned SEO lead excited by where search is heading next. You'll have:

\n
• Strong SEO leadership experience with a proven ability to deliver outcomes through end-to-end organic growth programs
\n
• Well-versed in content strategy and digital PR, with an understanding of how each contributes to long-term brand visibility and growth
\n
• Hands-on approach, with the ability to move between strategy, execution and optimisation
\n
• Experience influencing cross-functionally, driving commercial outcomes across multiple stakeholders
\n
