The Company
My client is a leading FMCG business looking for an experienced Commercial Finance Manager to join their team in Macquarie Park.

The Role
A Commercial Finance Manager opportunity, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing and Category teams to drive profitability and support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes
  • Business partnering with senior Sales, Marketing and Category stakeholders
  • Analysing sales, volume, pricing and cost performance
  • Developing financial models and business cases for NPD and private label projects
  • Supporting promotional planning and commercial investment decisions
  • Providing insightful financial analysis and commentary to leadership
  • Driving robust financial controls across commercial spend
  • Tracking performance against strategic and financial targets

About You

  • 5+ years' experience in commercial finance and business partnering
  • Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical skills
  • FMCG, manufacturing or retail experience highly desirable
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Advanced Excel skills, with SAP and BI/reporting experience
  • Commercially minded with strong business acumen
  • Degree qualified in Finance, Commerce or a related discipline
  • CA/CPA or MBA desirable
  • Full working rights in Australia
