We are currently seeking 2 passionate and dedicated Full-Time Certificate III Educators to join our team at Mini Masterminds Sydney Olympic Park Betty Cuthbert (90-place centre).

About the Role \n
As a Certificate III Educator, you will work as part of a collaborative team to create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children's learning, development, and wellbeing.

You'll play an important role in building strong relationships with children and families while contributing to a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
Key Responsibilities \n

- Support the implementation of engaging educational programs \n
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment \n
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues \n
- Observe and document children's learning and development \n
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality education and care \n
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislation \n
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the centre \n
- Support children's wellbeing and development through meaningful interactions \n

About You \n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
\n
- \n
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care \n
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) \n
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications \n
- Current Child Protection training/certificate \n
- Basic knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) \n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills \n
- A genuine passion for early childhood education \n
- Preferably 1+ years' experience working in an early childhood education and care setting \n
