RGM Maintenance is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing Townsville team.

As an authorised Daimler Trucks dealership, we work across Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner and Fuso vehicles — along with defence vehicles, tankers and specialised equipment. No two days are the same.

We are looking for someone who is organised, professional and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role \n
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day coordination of workshop operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing customer enquiries face-to-face, by phone and email \n
- Booking and coordinating workshop jobs \n
- Preparing repair orders and job documentation \n
- Liaising with technicians and parts departments \n
- Processing invoices and quotations \n
- Providing customers with updates on repairs and job progress \n
- Maintaining accurate records and administrative systems \n

- Previous Service Advisor or administration experience \n
- Experience with Equip or dealership management systems \n
- Automotive, transport or workshop industry exposure \n
