The Role

  • Assist with the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio.
  • Support the Senior Property Manager with maintenance, lease renewals and general tenancy management.
  • Coordinate routine and ingoing inspections, condition reports and follow-ups.
  • Assist with tenant and landlord enquiries, maintenance requests and leasing.
  • Liaise with tradespeople and complete general Property Management administration.

About You
You’re a motivated and organised Junior Property Manager looking for the right environment to develop your skills and progress your career. To be successful, you will have:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in residential Property Management.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work as part of a small team and take ownership of your responsibilities.
  • Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
