The Client

The Role

  • Oversee a large portfolio of residential and commercial properties across the South East suburbs
  • Lead and support a team of approximately 20-30
  • Drive service levels, systems, processes & compliance
  • Mentor and develop Residential & Commercial teams
  • Oversee workloads, resourcing and leave cover
  • Support recruitment, staffing and team structure
  • Troubleshoot complex and escalated matters
  • Identify efficiencies and drive continuous improvement
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team
  • No portfolio management

About You

  • Previous HOD / Team Leader experience essential
  • Strong Residential knowledge, Commercial is highly desirable
  • Experience leading a large team
  • Current Real Estate Registration
  • Strong systems and operational knowledge
  • Switched-on, proactive and solutions focused
  • A collaborative leader who knows how to get the best from their people
